Insert templates and sections

Templates are full pages. Sections are blocks you drop into a layout. Both live in the catalog — they are not widgets.

Page template vs section

A page template replaces (or starts) a full layout. A section is one Elementor block you drop into a page you already have. Mixing them up is why “I inserted a template and it wiped my page” tickets happen — you inserted a page, not a section.

Where the catalog actually lives

It is not inside Elementor → Templates. King Addons registers its own wp-admin catalog menus and an editor button (Template Catalog Button). Enable those extensions in the King Addons dashboard first.
