Get King Addons
Install from WordPress.org (Elementor required), then return here for widget, feature, and extension guides.
1. Install & activate
- In WordPress admin open Plugins → Add New.
- Install Elementor if it is not already active.
- Search for King Addons, then Install and Activate.
Tip: After activation, King Addons widgets appear in the Elementor panel. Type king to list them.
2. Turn off what you don’t need
- Open King Addons → Dashboard.
- Disable widgets, features, and extensions you will not use. Assets load only for what is enabled and actually used on a page.
3. Insert your first widget
- Edit a page and click Edit with Elementor.
- Open the widget panel (the + icon).
- Search for a widget — try Accordion or Mega Menu.
- Drag it onto the canvas and style it in the left panel.
Tip: Type king in the Elementor search box to list King Addons widgets.
4. Insert a template or section
- In wp-admin open Free Templates (or Templates Pro), or use the Template Catalog button in Elementor.
- Insert a page template, or drop a section into an existing layout. Details: templates and sections.
5. Use a feature (Advanced tab)
Particles, wrapper link, parallax, and custom CSS are features, not widgets. Enable them in the dashboard, select a section in Elementor, then open the Advanced tab. See what’s in the plugin.
6. Site tools
- Popup Builder — site-wide popups with conditions (wp-admin → Popup Builder).
- Header & Footer — replace theme chrome.
- Theme Builder — single, archive, 404.
- WooCommerce Builder — shop templates. Start with WooCommerce Grid & Slider, not a cart-coupon fragment.
- AI SEO tools — translator, text, images, SEO dashboard.
- Editor features — particles, parallax, wrapper link, custom CSS.
