Build a popup

Popup Builder is an extension. You create a popup document, design it like a page, then attach conditions and triggers. The Popup widget on a canvas is a different, on-page modal.

When to use the builder vs the widget

Use Popup Builder when one campaign should follow visitors across many URLs (exit intent, inactivity, date stop). Use the Popup widget when the modal belongs to a single section you place yourself.

Why the canvas lies

Triggers, cookies, and Show Again Delay run on the front end. If Elementor shows the popup and the site does not, check publish status, conditions, and the delay cookie from a previous close.
