Table Builder: admin tables you reuse in Elementor

Table Builder stores tables as kng_table posts. You design them in a dedicated admin editor (views: dashboard, list, editor, templates, settings, import/export), then drop or embed the result in Elementor.

What it actually does

Column flags: sortable, hide_mobile, align, tooltip, rowspan, colspan. Table config: search, sorting, pagination, rows_per_page, preset, theme, zebra, scroll_x, hide_columns.

Theme names in the editor: minimal, glass, contrast, pricing. Defaults include default_preset, default_theme, default_rows_per_page.

Import/export and templates views exist so you can duplicate structure without rebuilding columns.

Where to find it in WordPress

Enable the extension. Open King Addons → Table Builder (king-addons-table-builder). Options: king_addons_table_builder_options.

How to set it up

1. Enable Table Builder. Dashboard.
2. Add a table. Table Builder → Add. Name it.
3. Define columns then rows. Set sort/hide/align per column; use rowspan/colspan only when the grid needs it.
4. Pick theme and pagination. Preset/theme, zebra, rows per page, search.
5. Place it on a page. Use the matching King Addons table widget or the builder’s embed flow in Elementor.

• Pricing comparison that is easier to edit in a spreadsheet-like admin than in Elementor repeaters.
• Spec tables with tooltips and merged cells.
